Through my own health struggles I understand how true this saying is in life. 
 

My name is Kristina Long. My biggest passions in life are helping others, traveling, being outside in nature and spending time with family and friends. 

 

Although I enthusiastically pursued a holistic lifestyle, (most of the past 30 years) I struggled to find happiness and peace in my own body and life. I had chronic pain in more than one area of my body. At the age of 46 I was diagnosed with arthritis in all of my joints. I had debilitating chronic back pain. No one seemed to be able to understand the cause of my suffering. I also struggled with addiction to cigarettes, sugar, food, alcohol and drugs during a 7 year relapse. 

 

I am still on my health journey, however I’ve learned so much in the process and healed myself naturally from MANY things. I am now FREE from arthritis as well as chronic lower back and hip pain that plagued me for years. 

 

Setting goals, letting go of outcomes, going with the flow, eating healthy, using energy medicine, meditation, living holistically, connecting with nature, self care and being grateful are, in my opinion, the secrets to a life of happiness.

With a combination of my life history (overcoming many obstacles), personal interests and passions, I've been growing and changing on a personal level since getting sober from alcohol in 2007. 

 

My desire is to help others with the tools that have been life changing in my world.

I have been learning to hear the intuitive promptings of my guides and connection to Spirit as a yoga instructor and massage therapist since 2009. Honing my intuitive skills has opened doors to new ways of helping others. Utilizing my certifications and 30+ years of personal studies in holistic health an eight week mentorship will cover these topics:

 

self care techniques 

energy medicine/chakra balancing

sound healing

veganism/plant based eating 

meditation/mindfulness/breathwork

yoga/stretching 

fitness

grounding/earthing

light therapy

peri/menopause

natural cleaning products

For 8 weeks our small group (5-10ppl) will meet for 1.5 hours via Zoom.

Each group will have a few minutes of guided meditation and discussion of the introduced topic(s).

We will share in our groups experiences and have time for questions.

I am here to hold a sacred space for you to explore negative patterns, to allow you to let go of anything not serving you, to give you the tools to change your life and encourage you on your path. You are responsible for being open to new ways of being and taking the daily steps of loving yourself so that you can create change in your life. 

 

I am a wealth of information and your biggest cheerleader in educating and empowering you to live a healthier lifestyle.
