“Painted” Poppy’s ~ Santa Rosa Island, CA 🇺🇸

I’ve been to two of the eight Channel Islands off the coast of California. I went backpacking with a group of strangers to explore Santa Rosa Island in 2018. These poppy’s greeted our group as we began our hike from the dock. Poppy’s are the California’s state flower. What a fitting welcome we all received. 
"Painted" prints are original photographs put through a fun painting app, resulting in a softer or sometimes more vibrant version of the original print. The "Painted" print is then printed on metal.
